Dr. French is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, cost effective chiropractic care, massage therapy, and therapeutic exercise/rehabilitation.
Although she does not bill health insurance, for many people, Dr. French's self-pay option is even less expensive than their insurance co-pays.
Please call 850-354-4739 for more details regarding fees. Dr. French is also happy to provide patients with a Superbill, which is a document that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement in some cases.

Our scheduling policy is that you call ahead at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, otherwise a $25.00 fee will be charged. This policy allows others that need these times to not be turned away from receiving care.
